Seane Corn

Once called “the most intriguing African-American Buddhist” by Library Journal, and “one of our wisest voices on social evolution” by Krista Tippett, Rev. angel Kyodo williams Sensei, is an author, maverick spiritual teacher, master trainer and founder of Transformative Change. She has been bridging the worlds of personal transformation and justice since the publication of her critically-acclaimed book, Being Black: Zen and the Art of Living With Fearlessness and Grace. Taryn Toomey

The Class

Taryn Toomey is the Founder and CEO of The Class, a mindful movement practice that brings awareness to everyday life. Taryn learned early on that her internal compass was grounded in her ability to self-regulate with movement and music. Driven by a sense of connection to spirit, she immersed herself in different rituals, ceremonies, prayer, spiritual traditions, and psychotherapy work, unknowingly seeding the foundation for what would later become The Class. Caleb Spaulding

Caleb Spaulding is a multidisciplinary creative based in Brooklyn, New York. He guides people to connect to their authentic voice to create extraordinary lives and relationships through his work as a percussionist, facilitator, and coach. He's the founder of the Rhythm of Happiness, a multimedia company that uses rhythm to help people—and companies like Google, LinkedIn, and Hinge—connect to creativity and happiness. Caleb is also a co-author of A Sex Journal for Couples, a shared journal that helps facilitate deeper conversations around sex. @csspaulding

Reggie Hubbard

Reggie's yoga journey began nearly six years ago, seeking to alchemize and navigate extreme professional adversity. Through discipline and surrender to inner peace and abundant love, he walks the yogic path, now as a 500 hour certified yoga teacher. He has studied with leading teachers such as Faith Hunter, Amy Ippolitti, Yogarupa Rod Stryker and Sri Dharma Mittra and hundreds of other teachers around the world. Neil D'Astolfo


Neil D'Astolfo (he/him) is a certified mindfulness meditation instructor based in New York City, where he teaches at MNDFL Meditation (in both their Certification & Training and MNDFL @ Work) and Pace University (where he is an adjunct professor specializing in mindfulness for students and performers). He first joined MNDFL in 2016 and, since graduating from its Teacher Training and Advanced Teacher Training, has had the great pleasure of sharing meditation in countless contexts -- from one-on-one coaching for children with learning differences to large group instruction for corporate executives to on-camera guidance on daytime television. @neildastolfo
